Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons coconut unsweetened flakes
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 ½ cups of almond milk
  • ½ cup of coconut water

Instructions

  • Blend on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture
