Ingredients:

– 12 small corn tortillas

– ½ cup cooked black beans

– ¼ cup diced tomatoes

– Hot sauce, to taste (I like Cholula)

– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

warm the tortillas on a comal or griddle over medium heat. Once they’re warmed through, place them on a plate. In a bowl, mix together the black beans, tomatoes, onion, avocado, cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.

Assemble the tacos by spooning the mixture into the tortillas, then folding them up and eating immediately. Enjoy!
