In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. And you have a great dip called Guacamole.
- 4 ripe black avocados
- 2 tablespoons minced sweet red onion
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
- Salt or Vege-Sal to taste
- Halve the avocados, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash coarsely with a fork.
- Mix in the onion, lime juice, garlic, Tabasco, and salt, stirring to blend well and mashing to the desired consistency.
