I know it sounds too good to be true, but it is actually quite easy to do and absolutely delicious. Put the marshmallow roasting sticks to the side and head to the kitchen for this one!
S’mores Espresso Milkshake

Equipment
- Espresso brewing device
- blender
Ingredients
- 2 ounces espresso chilled
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 ⁄4 cup marshmallow creme
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup divided
- Whipped cream for garnish
- 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers
- 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the espresso, ice cream, and marshmallow creme. Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle 11⁄2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup along the inner sides of a glass.
- Add the milkshake to your chocolate-lined glass and top with whipped cream, as desired.
- Drizzle the remaining 11⁄2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup and the crushed graham crackers on top of the whipped cream.
Notes
RECIPE TIP: If you want to add a little extra to this drink, put some chocolate syrup
along the rim of your glass and dip the rim into the crushed graham crackers, so you
have a chocolate graham cracker rim!
