- 14-16 tablespoons Dark roast coffee coarsely ground
- 1 quart cold filtered water
- 4 ounces dark chocolate syrup
- 4 ounces cherry syrup or cherry puree
- 1 1/2 cups frothed milk
- Ground cinnamon for topping
Brew cold brew coffee in pitcher. You can do it two ways, the first is old school cold brewing. That takes about 12 -24 hours to make. Or you can spend a little money and buy a cold brew coffee maker. And take about 10 to 15 minutes..
Heat the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir in the dark chocolate and cherry syrup until the flavors are well combined with the milk.
Pour milk mixture into large mugs.
Spoon some milk foam on top of each cup and garnish with ground cinnamon
