Cuisine American
- 14-16 tablespoons coffee coarsely ground
- 1 quart cold filtered water
- 4 ounces brandy
- 4 ounces grand marnier
- 4 ounces cachaça or brazilian liqueur
- 4 parts boiling water
- Whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
Brew your coffee, you can have it hot or cold all depends on how you like it. I would recommend using Cold Brew if you are going iced. You can do it two ways, the first is old school cold brewing. That takes about 12 -24 hours to make. Or you can spend a little money and buy a cold brew coffee maker. And take about 10 to 15 minutes. Divide the coffee between 4 mugs. Top each coffee with one part boiling water and 1-ounce of the brandy, Grand arnier, Brazilian liqueur, to each mug. Stir well.
Top each mug with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
