Mocha Mint Cappuccino

Kick things up a notch with this creamy, cool cappuccino drink. With rich, decadent chocolate and a fresh hint of mint this espresso drink is sure to liven up your morning or afternoon.

Ingredients
  

  • 14-16 tablespoons “natural processed” dark roast coffee coarsely ground
  • 1 quart cold filtered water
  • 1 cup hot milk
  • 3 teaspoons peppermint syrup or extract
  • 6 teaspoons chocolate syrup
  • Ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions
 

  • Brew cold brew coffee in pitcher
  • Heat the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Fold in the peppermint and chocolate syrup. Whisk until the milk becomes frothy.
  • Divide the coffee into 4 mugs and pour in the milk mixture on top of each.
  • Spoon some of the milk foam on top. Garnish with cinnamon.
