Ginger and Cloves White Tea with Cinnamon and Orange

This is a miraculous combination for the ultimate relaxing experience. Also, white tea and cinnamon are great for lowering your blood sugar naturally.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp white tea
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 slices orange
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to a rolling boil.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a tea strainer, combine all the ingredients and steep for 4 minutes. Remove the tea strainer.
  • In 2 cups, put orange slices and top off with your tea. Sweeten with honey. Serve immediately.
