Herbal White Tea with Blueberries

This simple hot beverage sweetened with blueberries and vanilla with its rich aroma and taste is a great and healthy way to spend your evening relaxing with your friends or family.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • tsp loose white tea
  • ½ tsp dried hibiscus
  • ¼ tsp dried peppermint
  • 4 tsp blueberries fresh or dried
  • 2 tsp orange peel
  • 1 vanilla bean

Instructions
 

  • Put the water in the kettle and heat to the firs boil.
  • Split the vanilla bean down the middle and cut it into small pieces.
  • Put the remaining ingredients except for the blueberries into the tea
  • strainer and soak it in the water for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea strainer.
  • Put the blueberries into the cups you will be serving your tea in.
  • Pour the tea over the blueberries.
  • Serve immediately.
