Herbal White Tea with Blueberries
This simple hot beverage sweetened with blueberries and vanilla with its rich aroma and taste is a great and healthy way to spend your evening relaxing with your friends or family.

- 4 cups water
- 1½ tsp loose white tea
- ½ tsp dried hibiscus
- ¼ tsp dried peppermint
- 4 tsp blueberries fresh or dried
- 2 tsp orange peel
- 1 vanilla bean
Put the water in the kettle and heat to the firs boil.
Split the vanilla bean down the middle and cut it into small pieces.
Put the remaining ingredients except for the blueberries into the tea
strainer and soak it in the water for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea strainer.
Put the blueberries into the cups you will be serving your tea in.
Pour the tea over the blueberries.
Serve immediately.
