Traditionally a cappuccino is viewed as a drink that should only be consumed in the morning. So hey why go against tradition. Spice up your morning with this cinnamon cocoa Cappuccino blend.

Creating the perfect Cinnamon Mocha Cappuccino

Step one in creating this amazing coffee drink is to simply brew a cup of coffee. Personally I like to use a Nespresso Machine. There are two main benefits to using one. The first is efficiency. Utilizing capsule coffee system provides you with exactly what you need, meaning no coffee is wasted you can brew the exact amount you want. Second is Convenience. A Nespresso machine is by far one the most efficient ways to make coffee. Just pop in a capsule and one minute later you have a nice hot cup of coffee.

After we make a cup of coffee, pour milk into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for about 1 1/2 minutes. It will be ready when steam is rising off the milk, so that the milk is hot but not quite boiling. This can also be done on the stove in a saucepan. You can also use Oat Milk or Soy Milk.

Next whisk cocoa powder into the hot frothy milk until well-blended. Next stir 1/4 of the frothed chocolate milk into coffee. And sprinkle each with ground cinnamon and serve.

RECIPE TIP

To make this drink even more flavorful, add 1⁄2 clove of star anise to the water with the cinnamon and sugar.
