This easy to make White Tea beverage is sweetened with blueberries and vanilla. Its rich aroma and taste is a great and healthy way to spend your night relaxing with your special loved one. The tasty aroma will fill the room soothing your nose and belly after a hard day’s work. The mixture of fruit and herbs has an amazing calming effect and it will surely please the palate, too.

Benefits of White Tea

White tea, for instance, has the highest concentration of antioxidants because it is the least processed tea. By this standard, it might be considered the “healthiest” of them all. As far as antioxidants are concerned, white tea is followed by jasmine tea, green tea, then black tea.

Ingredients you need to have:

  • cups water
  • loose white tea
  • Dried hibiscus
  • Dried peppermint
  • Blueberries (fresh or dried)
  • Orange peel
  • Vanilla bean

How to make the tea:

  1. Put the water in the kettle and heat to the firs boil.
  2. Split the vanilla bean down the middle and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Put the remaining ingredients except for the blueberries into the tea
    strainer and soak it in the water for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea strainer.
  5. Put the blueberries into the cups you will be serving your tea in.
  6. Pour the tea over the blueberries.
  7. Serve immediately.
